How do I fit the JP timing chain set?

The instructions for the JP timing chain set can be found on the inside of the cardboard from the box. However, if you have lost, misplaced or the dog has decided to eat them, they are downloadable in PDF format below.

Our entire Piper Cam Shaft range is profiled for standard cam shaft timing. Therefore the 0 degree mark should be used for the cam shaft timing, this is also relevant for standard cam shafts.

Which side faces outwards on the top timing wheel?
On one side there is a small dimple of the outer edge which is the timing mark. This faces outwards so that you can set your cam shaft timing.
